For years, NY has had a classroom program that, for a $50 fee per driver, saved you 10% each year on the cost of the liability and collision portions of your car insurance for 3 years. It's called the Point & Insurance Reduction Program. The problem with the program was that it was very inconvenient to schedule a 6-hour block of time to complete the course. That problem has been solved with online courses! Now, you can get the same point and insurance reductions by taking the course online. You can do as little or as much as you like in one session as long as you complete all 6 hours within 30 days.
